His team plays a critical role in ensuring that public sector organisations can effectively manage and utilise geospatial data to deliver essential services to the British public. Passionate about the outdoors, he is a qualified mountain leader, navigation tutor and a professional member of the Royal Institute of Navigation, the Royal Geographical Society and the British Cartographic Society. His academic research interests focus on the geodemographic aspects of risk geography.
