2015 saw the launch of our own mountain rescue film, aimed at raising awareness of the range of work mountain rescue teams do and also raising funds for MREW. Judy Whiteside explained how the film came about. We had another tale of rescue and recovery from Lyndon Marquis, describing his accident on Cam Crag, we saw gas monitors in action in Ethiopia and heard from Dave Whalley about the importance of keeping records. Lyle Brotherton explained the eight-figure grid reference and there was news of the abolition of the driving licence counterpart.
