Issue 39 Mountain Rescue January 2012
We’re proud to say that the magazine was regularly featuring 64 pages by now so firmly established with readers and advertisers! Navigation expert Lyle Brotherton began writing a regular article, this time about ‘motorway exit syndrome’, Martin Chester returned to the topic of winter skills and avalanche awareness and Al Read talked about water search management. In the search dog world, John Coombs reported that he and Flash had made the grade, passing their final assessment. John Gordon talked about how the Ice Age had shaped the mountains of Scotland.
