Mountain rescuers themselves sometimes get into difficulties and injured in the mountains and this issue included the story of a particularly hairy, winter rescue on Aonach Mor, and a close shave in South East Gully. There was a look back to the 1930s and another experienced climber in need of rescue on Scafell Pinnacle. And, one of the earliest teams to take shape, Ogwen Valley MRO celebrated 40 years in the business.
