Dartmoor SRT Tavistock
Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team Tavistock is one of four teams within the Dartmoor Rescue Group (DRG) which was formed in Tavistock in April 1968, to help the police provide an efficient search and rescue service on Dartmoor and other remote places. Originally one single charity, each of the teams became self-governing charities a few years ago, taking on the name Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team followed by its home base location.
